WILLIAMSPORT — Guilty and no contest pleas have been entered by two of the four young men charged with firing shots into a unit at a Lycoming County housing complex in what state police said was retaliation for a homicide the day before in 2024.Tykir Jihad Smith, 18, and Jayson R. Applewhite, 19, both of Williamsport, pleaded guilty and no contest, respectively, in county court Wednesday.
