ANDERSON, Ind. — Two people were hospitalized Wednesday morning after a serious car accident involving a concrete mixer truck in Madison County. Police were called around 9:30 a.m. for a "serious accident" near the intersection of N. State Road 9 and Scatterfield Road in Anderson.
