WAUKEE, Iowa -- 2 dogs were killed in a house fire in Waukee on Friday afternoon. According to the Waukee Fire Department, at approximately 1:38 p.m., firefighters from Waukee, Urbandale, and West Des Moines Fire Departments were dispatched to a fire on northwest Pike Circle.
