2 dead, 2 seriously injured in ‘suspected double-homicide’ in East Vancouver, police say

Two people are dead and another two are seriously hurt after a “suspected double homicide” in East Vancouver Friday afternoon, police say. The Vancouver Police Department confirmed it responded to reports of a stabbing at an apartment building near Vanness Avenue and Spencer Street just before 2 p.m. Police found two people deceased inside an apartment. Two others were taken to hospital with injuries police described as serious.
