NEW YORK, JUL 21 – Harco National Insurance seeks a court ruling to deny coverage for legal fees, citing misconduct predating policy periods and undisclosed complaints by Wayfarer Studios.
- Monday, Harco National Insurance Company filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, seeking a court order of no duty to pay legal fees and naming Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios as defendants.
- Pointing to policy timing, Harco National Insurance Company led to action due to Wayfarer concealing prior complaints during application, and this led to a coverage dispute.
- In court on Wednesday, Judge Lewis Liman said, `celebrity is fleeting`, adding that fame has no bearing on his rulings.
- With the deposition rescheduled, and a source said `Blake is happy that the clock is ticking a little longer before her deposition takes place`, she is prepared to tell her truth.
