2 bull elk found dumped in Crook County, angering hunters; OSP seeks poachers

Oregon State Police are asking for the public’s help identifying those responsible for the illegal killing of two young bull elk in Crook County. Troopers found the animals’ heads and legs discarded along Mill Creek Road east of Prineville.
