2 accused of shoplifting at the Vacaville Premium Outlets

Two people were arrested and accused of stealing hundreds of dollars in clothing from the Vacaville Premium Outlets Friday afternoon, the police department said. Vacaville police said an employee called them just before 5:30 p.m. after noticing a woman stealing clothes and jumping into a waiting vehicle.
