In the rescue of a migrant boat from Lampedusa, Italy's Mediterranean island, 19 dead have been recovered, according to an updated report by the Italian Coast Guard. Five more people, including one child, have been brought ashore in critical condition. People died of hypothermia. The condition of the seriously injured is critical.
