A total of 177 trucks detained by Minsk returned to Lithuania from Belarus via the Medininkai and Šalčininkai border checkpoints from Tuesday to midnight from Friday to Saturday, BNS was informed by Giedrius Mišutis, a representative of the State Border Guard Service (VSAT).
The Lithuanian State Border Guard Service reported that 177 trucks previously detained in Belarus returned through the Lithuanian checkpoints "Medniki" and "Salechniki" between March 24 and 28.
It is expected that up to 200 Lithuanian vehicles imprisoned in Belarus by the Minsk regime since the autumn may return within the next 24 hours.
