Police are using phantom images to search for two men who sexually harassed a 16-year-old woman and allegedly filmed her with a cell phone. One of the men had detained the young person in Teltow (Potsdam-Mittelmark district) while the other had touched her on several intimate parts of her body - sometimes even under clothing - the police said on Friday.
