The school committee was presented with a proposal 2025-26 budget totaling $15.59 million, which represents a 1.75 percent increase of $268,248. The amount needed from taxpayers ($14.76 million) is $373,973, or 2.6 percent, more than 2024-25. Nearly 61 percent of the budget ($9.49 million) is salaries and benefits.
