A 13-year-old boy stole a car in downtown Dortmund on Saturday evening and caused two accidents. Dortmund police reported this on Monday. Around 6:20 p.m., witnesses reported a hit-and-run accident on Erwinstrasse. When police arrived, bystanders had already detained the underage driver. The 13-year-old Dortmund resident had previously stolen a VW Touran on Schillerstrasse.
