US Attorney's Office: Many Omaha ICE Detainees Won't Be Charged with Social Security Fraud

OMAHA, NEBRASKA, JUL 15 – The 13 women allege being held in freezing conditions and mistreated during the ICE raid targeting identity theft at Glenn Valley Foods, with many held without charges, advocates said.

The U.S. Attorney's Office said many detainees from Omaha's Glenn Valley ICE raid won't be charged with Social Security fraud due to a "unique set of circumstances."
