Our relationship with Kusano Ryuji continued even after we opened Restaurant Hobun. Kusano was thinking of opening a store in the brewery next to Hobun. That was the beer restaurant Ichino Souko in Minami Tsuboi-cho, Chuo-ku, Kumamoto City. This was the warehouse of the Kamoto Silk Mill in Yamaga City, built in 1861 (the first year of Bunkyu).
