Justice Department withheld and removed some Epstein files related to Trump: Report
- Last month, the Department of Justice released over 3 million pages, but dozens of FBI witness interviews are missing, including three tied to a woman who accused President Donald Trump.
- The Maxwell defense files list about 325 FBI interview records, but more than 90 serial-numbered 302 files are missing from the DOJ website.
- She first called an FBI hotline on July 10, 2019 and was interviewed two weeks later at her attorney's office, saying abuse began around age 13 in South Carolina; Maxwell evidence log entries dated August and October 2019 note three additional 302s related to her.
- The Department of Justice spokesperson said all responsive documents were produced, denying deletion and citing duplicates, privileged files, or ongoing investigations; the White House called allegations `false and sensationalist` and Rep. Robert Garcia cited serious survivor claims from unredacted files.
- Over the weeks since the release, several victims including Haley Robson have reported scouring the DOJ's Epstein files website in recent weeks for interviews with the FBI, only to find files missing, and one victim filed a court complaint.
