Campaign demands return of family seat reservations on Deutsche Bahn trains
Germany's Deutsche Bahn (DB) got rid of an offer for discounted family seat reservations on its trains in June. Now nearly 130,000 people have signed a petition urging the rail operator to bring it back.
In a petition, around 128,000 citizens voted in favour of reintroducing the family reservation at Deutsche Bahn.
Those who take the train as a family and reserve seats have to pay significantly more since summer than before. In a petition, many now demand a return of the expired family reservation at the train.
In mid-June, the family reservation at the train was abolished, now hundreds of thousands in a petition demand their return. So far it is unclear whether the train can be impressed by it.[more]]>
