TROY — A total of 102 dogs were removed from a resident by the Miami County Animal Shelter (MCAS ), with assistance from the Miami County Sheriff’s Office, after receiving a complaint of animal neglect in Pleasant Hill on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2024.
