- Observers must visit assigned districts multiple times, inspect polling stations, hear public grievances, and meet with MPs, MLAs, and political party representatives during the exercise.
- Starting July 5, the draft electoral rolls will be published, and eligible voters may apply for inclusion via Form 8, seek deletion, or request corrections.
- Claims and objections remain open through Aug 4, and observers will submit detailed reports to the Chief Electoral Officer after completing their inspections.
