Two People Injured In Shooting On Indy's Northeast Side

IMPD says the incident occurred at an apartment complex in the Avondale Meadows neighborhood. One victim was grazed by a bullet, while the other sustained more serious injuries but was conscious. Police detained one person for questioning.
