COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) - A driver was killed early Saturday morning after hitting a tree along Benton Farm Road. Master Trooper William Bennett with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said the single-vehicle crash happened around 12:15 a.m. about five miles north of Walterboro.
